Indigos, you can remind people of the intrinsic value of each soul at your gatherings by honoring and respecting each person. If people disagree because of their differences, you can share thoughts about each person’s positive qualities instead. After all, aren’t love, appreciation, unity and living higher principles at the heart of what these holidays are supposed to be about? Now is your chance to demonstrate those qualities to others rather than get caught up in old dramas.

Violets Challenged: Violet aura color personalities are being challenged right now. Because it’s a Violet age, you Violets are in your power time.

Violet aura color personalities are being challenged right now. Because it’s a Violet age, you Violets are in your power time. This is when you’re supposed to be “stepping up” – accomplishing your bigger purposes & visions. And you Violets are feeling it. You probably first heard your inner voice telling you something felt wrong – that you needed to change or do something different with you life. If you follow what it’s telling you, everything will some how work out. If you don’t listen to that inner voice, you will get a more obvious nudge or wake up call. If you don’t pay attention to that nudge – the wake up calls will get much louder! What is it going to take to get your attention – that something is wrong and your soul wants more?

About 90% of my clients these days are Violets! That’s huge! They’re feeling squeezed – most didn’t listen to that small inner voice. Now they’re coming in with depression, serious health issues, divorces, deaths, and other dramas. If you feel stuck or unsure how you’re going to accomplish your dreams, if you haven’t found a way to move forward, you’re most likely getting the rug pulled out from under you to make you move forward.

You Violets have always had big dreams. You need to live “outside the box.” It doesn’t matter if others don’t dream or envision that way – you do and there are reasons for that.

1) You didn’t want to be bored this lifetime – you wanted to have a bigger life, a more extraordinary experience. So what you do this lifetime needs to be extraordinary. The bigger challenges lead to the bigger payoffs. Bigger mountains to climb bring greater & more inspiring vistas at the top. And because you have so much compassion and depth to you (even if you’re currently frustrated with humanity – that’s common for Violets) you need to do something that improves the quality of life for others. You need to help or inspire people in a big way – to improve the quality of life for others. That is a tall order. If you get to the end of your life, or leave the planet without fulfilling your reason for coming here – you’ll most likely have regrets. (As much as you think you’ll be relieved to be done with the struggle – you’ll also wonder what this lifetime was about and if you could’ve done something else.)

2) You Violets typically would prefer not to “have to” come back to this plane, this planet again. You’ve had so many lifetimes – it can get boring, hard, or overwhelming here for you. This plane usually feels dense and tough to you. So you need to tie up all lose ends, resolve any issues you have with people, move through your frustration, not give up in hopelessness – because if you leave the planet that way, you’ll make yourself come back here again. (Belief systems aside – that is THE worse thing for a Violet to hear.)

Advice on how to move forward and live your potential:

1. First, listen to your inner voice

2. If you think you don’t know how to accomplish what that voice is telling you to do – imagine someone coming to you with the same dream and confusion, and see what you would advise them to do. You Violets are some of the world’s best advice-givers. You just need to listen to your own advice.

3. Be around people who are doing what you want to do, be around the energy of what you want to do with your life. It will make it more real for you. You pick up the energy of the environment around you. Chose the people & environment that will inspire you to believe in your vision – to see that it’s possible to achieve!

4. Violets benefit from mentors. Find people or at least read biographies about people (other Violets) who inspire you and then do what they did – or something similar. Did they have courage? Did they not give up on their dreams? Did they go the extra mile? Did they take it step by step – and eventually find themselves living their dreams? What inspires you about them? Be and act that same way.

5. Meditate – Violets need to have quiet time to connect with their vision and higher guidance. If you can’t sit still – take a walk, listen to inspirational or calming music, do something to quiet that critical voice so you can get out of your own way.

These are few steps to help you Violets live your purpose and your dreams. I have written so much more in my books Life Colors, Love Colors, and Make Your Dreams Come True. I have created guided imagery meditation CDs and MP3s. I’m doing what I can to support you Violets to live your passion and potential. Go for it! If you fall – just get up again. Giving up will lead to depression and self-disappointment. That’s worse than failing.

Health Issues for Each Aura Color

In my experience over the past 29 years, I’ve discovered that 98% of all health issues (including weight issues) have a mental & emotional cause behind them.

I’ve also seen that each aura color personality type has a tendency toward specific health issues and weaknesses when they are unhappy or out of power. And each has specific steps they can take to stay healthy or regain their health. What works for one color doesn’t always work for another color.

The predominant aura color personalities that tend to have weight issues are Blues, Yellows, Violets, and Reds. I will post information and helpful tips about these colors in following articles. I hope the information can help some who are stressing over their weight.

Blues & Weight Issues

You Blues are very loving and emotional personalities. You usually take care of everyone else first and put your own needs last. You value love, spirituality and helping others above all else. When you are insecure, you typically become desperate for love – often staying in unhealthy relationships because you fear being alone, abandoned and unloved; or you fear hurting and abandoning another person. With low self-esteem, you may even find it difficult to receive compliments. When you Blues fear not being loved, you can put on layers of weight for protection, particularly below the waist to protect your highly moral and monogamous nature. Obesity is common among Blues who feel unloved and unlovable.

Since love is your main priority, if you Blues don’t have love, it also makes you feel unfulfilled. Eating comfort food can be a way for you to try to fill that emotional emptiness.

Out of power Blues can carry deep feelings of guilt, anger, shame, or inadequacy. Blues are also very moral and monogamous – so sexual guilt can be an issue.

To add to the problem, Blues value spirituality more than physical qualities so you tend to not focus much time, energy, or value on your physical body. Most Blues don’t like and therefore are not motivated to exercise. Walking to the mailbox is usually the extent of a Blue’s exercise program. You Blues can rationalize and give a thousand reasons why you don’t have time to exercise – usually you are too busy taking care of everyone and everything else. And you may feel that if people love you, they should love you as you are – it shouldn’t matter about you appearance. After all that’s how you love others – unconditionally, the physical doesn’t matter.

These are actions you Blues can take to stay healthy and manage your weight:

  • 1) Because a Blue’s weight issue always stems from emotional issues – walking, breathing, prayer, and meditation are healthy activities for Blues.
  • 2) Releasing past guilt and the fear of not being loved also helps you release your need for protection or need to fill the emptiness – thereby changing your need for comfort food.
  • 3) You Blues need to learn to love yourself – to give yourself as much love and attention as you give to everyone else, then it can become easier for you to keep yourself balanced and healthy. You will feel more emotionally fulfilled and won’t have such a need to protect yourself from rejection, criticism or loneliness.
  • 4) Realize that you ARE loved and you ARE lovable. Your only motives in life are to give love and to be loved. Those are nice motives. You have given to and helped a lot of people. And you are loved just because you are you and you have a beautiful, well-intentioned soul. Loving hugs to you!

Signs that you’re stressed: You are not laughing and enjoying life. You’re avoiding, procrastinating or distracting yourself with addictions (food, alcohol, TV, sweets, drugs, caffeine, etc.) Your back or knees hurt.

Tips to become happier: Spend time in nature, exercise, dance, eat healthy, get a massage, play, laugh, cheer up others, hang out with your dog, simplify your life, find reasons to be optimistic, smile, watch a funny movie, and laugh some more.

The world looks unstable, unpredictable and untrustworthy to many Tans these days. To help Tans feel better – let’s look at some logic. The world has gone through tough times before – even tougher times than these – and we always come through it. And we usually come through it even better off than before. (Unless people panic and/or give up.) Worrying only makes you suffer, it doesn’t solve anything. Life has improved over time – and it always will. In the meantime, steps you can take to feel more secure include simplifying, focusing on your real priorities – like loved ones, and then keeping your money as secure & safe as possible until this all changes. It will shift. We’re just going through “birth pangs.” Humanity is too creative & resourceful to let the world go down the tubes. And you’re never alone – we’re all experiencing these shifts together. There are good, optimistic, & creative people in the world who are working on the solutions – right now. The solutions will come! Most of all – breathe & trust. It always gets better in time. Warm & loving hugs to you.
