Automatic Membership Renewal

Your premium membership will renew automatically on the renewal date. You will receive an email notice prior to your membership renewal, notifying you of this. Follow the instructions below if you would like to change your membership type or cancel your membership. If you would like our assistance with this, we would be happy to help. Just click here.

Delete account and cancel recurring premium membership payment

To cancel your account, go to Membership/Account dropdown page and go to “My Membership” this will take you to the Membership Account page. Click on Cancel and that will end your membership with us.

To stop your recurring payment if paying through PayPal, for a Premium Membership, please log in to your PayPal account and cancel your subscription there. You must complete this step to make sure automatic payments don’t keep coming out of your account.  Unfortunately, our Refund Policy does not offer refunds of unused portion of a paid membership.  Please read our Policy at /refund-policy.

Upgrade or change membership type

On the  auracolors home page, go to the Membership/Account dropdown page and go to “My Membership” this will take you to the Membership Account page.  Click on Change and there you will be able to select whatever premium membership level, associated costs, and payment options you desire.
